ASMR 20 Triggers to Help You Sleep, a series of videos aimed at Sleeping, was uploaded in July 2017 and has since been watched by 38 million people. In August of 2017, she was interviewed in Shane Dawson's video, and soon afterward, was able to reach one million YouTube viewers. Wired UK estimates that her YouTube advertising earnings were $1000 per week in February 2019.

Dennis Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta) and Elaine Helfer (born in Donalda, Alberta), were his parents. The two are of German, English, Swedish and Norwegian origin. She attended William E. Hay Composite High School situated in Stettler. She had three sisters. Tammy, Tara, and Trena as well as her worked at the farm where she worked on her grain.
